The Joint Committee on Taxation has released explanations of the protocols to the proposed tax treaties with Barbados (JCX-55-04) and the Netherlands (JCX-54-04), scheduled for a Senate Committee on Foreign Relations hearing on September 24, 2004. Testifying at the hearing will be:
