Lederman Accepts Chaired Position at Indiana-Bloomington

LedermanLeandra Lederman (George Mason), after visiting this year at Indiana-Bloomington, has accepted a permanent position there as William W. Oliver Professor of Tax Law and Director of the Tax Program.  Brian Leiter hits the nail on the head:

In addition to substantial contributions to tax scholarship, she is also a very good teacher, as we learned when she visited at Texas a couple of years ago. A good catch for Indiana!

Congratulations to Leandra and to Indiana!
