The Tax Law Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin has announced the winners of the 2004-05 Law Student Tax Writing Competition:
- First Prize ($1,500): Jennifer Jedrzejewski of Marquette University Law School for The Economic Growth And Tax Relief Reconciliation Act Of 2001 And Its Effect On Estate Planning.
- Second Prize ($500): James W. Lyne of the University of Wisconsin Law School for Individual Charitable Planning: Donation Of Stock.
