Interesting front-page article in today’s Wall Street Journal: Government Probes Tax Shelters Used to Shield Stock-Option Gains, which includes this quote from the lawyer for Charles and Sam Wyly:
The Wylys "hired all these professionals to do what they thought and still hope are legitimate arrangements. It’s very difficult for anybody to make a case against anybody who had high-priced, sophisticated advice."
