Dan Solove likes to joke about how Brian Leiter will report your lateral move before you, yourself, find out about it.  Well, in this case, that’s pretty close to accurate, in that I just learned from Leiter’s blog about a colleague’s lateral move….

I can imagine the brave new world where a young married couple goes in for their first ultrasound, and the Ob-Gyn excitedly tells them, “I’ve got great news for you! It’s a . . . . .” to which the couple responds “Girl, we know.  Leiter posted that three days ago.”
