Conference on Who Let the Blawgs In?

New_mexico_2The New Mexico Law Review sponsored a program today on A Look at the Creation, Use and Ethics of Law Blogs:  Who Let the Blawgs In (and What Do I Do with Them Now that They’re Here)?:

The course will look at the creation, use and ethics of law blogs or blawgs. A law librarian will provide information on the utility of blawgs for attorneys for current awareness and research; a list of useful blawgs will be included in course materials. Two practicing attorneys will discuss their blawgs, including reasons for creating a blawg, the time to create and maintain one, and things learned in the process of creating one. The course will then address the legal ethics issues related to blawgs and the current discussions about advertising, solicitation of clients, multi-jurisdictional practice, and other topics related to the Internet and the practice of law.

No word if the conference included a riff from the Baha Men:

Who let the blawgs out (woof, woof, woof, woof)
Who let the blawgs out (woof, woof, woof, woof)
Who let the blawgs out (woof, woof, woof, woof)
Who let the blawgs out (woof, woof, woof, woof)
