The Federal Bar Association Section on Taxation is sponsoring its annual law student writing competition on federal income taxation. The first-prize winner will receive $1,500 and a trip to the FBA’s Annual Tax Law Conference on March 9, 2007 in Washington, D.C. Second place will receive $750. Both the first and second place papers will be published in the FBA’s quarterly newsletter. Submissions must be no longer than twenty pages and must be postmarked by February 1, 2007.
