The press is reporting that Tax Prof Kyle D. Logue (Michigan) is one of at least three finalists for the Duke deanship, along with:
- In-house candidate Erwin Chemerinsky (who turned down the North Carolina deanship last year)
- David F. Levi, Chief Judge of the federal district court in Sacramento (the son of former U.S. Attorney General and Chicago Dean and President Edward H. Levi)
The new dean will succeed Katharine Bartlett.
