Law School Applicant Arrested for Trying to Bribe LSAC for Copy of LSAT Test

Sad fallout from the ABA’s decision over the summer (blogged here and here) to require law schools in computing the 75th percentile, median, and 25th percentile LSAT scores of their entering classes to report the highest score of matriculants who took the test more than once, rather than the average score:  a Rutgers grad with a 3.6 GPA, whose prior two LSAT test results were not high enough to gain admission to Columbia or NYU, was arrested on Thursday after allegedly trying to bribe two employees at the Law School Admission Council with $5,000 in exchange for a copy of the LSAT test.  (Hat Tip:  Jim Maule.)
