Major Duties: The selectee will provide legal services for the IRS in the overall executive direction of criminal tax, money laundering, currency and other financial crimes and legal work with Chief Counsels office. He/she will provide legal opinions on criminal and tax policy matters and sensitive cases centralized in the National Office, working closely with investigating agents during all stages of criminal investigations relating to criminal violations of the Internal Revenue laws and other statutes for which the IRS has enforcement responsibility.

Salary:  $111,676 – $154,600.
