Tax Prof Bruce A. McGovern has been named Vice President and Associate Dean of Academic Administration at South Texas.  From the press release:

In his new position, he will oversee the law school’s admissions, financial aid, and career resources offices while maintaining a half-time teaching load. Professor McGovern … has twice received the teaching excellence award from the Student Bar Association at South Texas.
