Call For Tax Papers: Federalist Society Faculty Conference

Federalist Society The Federalist Society has issued a Call for Papers for its 2010 Faculty Conference, held in conjunction with the 2010 AALS Annual Meeting in New Orleans:

In past years, we have offered the opportunity to faculty members to present works in progress during 7 minute time slots. This year we will still be offering this opportunity.

This year, in addition, we will be offering the opportunity to junior faculty members who have been teaching for 7 years or less to present more finished works. These papers will be competitively selected and will be presented either on a special panel with comments by Professor Richard Epstein, or, if they are on a topic that we are otherwise interested in covering, on a substantive panel with other more senior faculty members addressing related topics. These more finished papers will be competitively selected, and presenters will have twelve rather than seven minutes to present them.  Please e-mail your papers to Erin by November 16 if you are interested in presenting them in this fashion. Please use the subject line "Junior Faculty Faculty Conference Paper" in transmitting the paper.
