The District of Columbia Bar Association Tax Section hosts a luncheon program today on Different Paths in Tax Law:

The New Tax Practitioners Committee invites J.D. and LL.M. candidates, summer associates, and new practitioners to a panel to learn about different career paths in tax law. Panelists include new tax practitioners who have clerked, and those who have worked for the government, law firm, or accounting firm. These panelists will describe their experiences and will discuss how these experiences vary at different jobs. The program will focus on the first five years of practice.
