Lewis & Clark has issued a Call for Participants for its symposium on Taxation and the Environment to be held on October 8, 2010:
The symposium will provide scholarly perspectives on many aspects of the interaction of taxes with the environment. Topics will include the effects of current and proposed taxation regimes, and specific provisions of tax law, on the environment in the United States and across national borders. Prominent commentators in this area of interest will present their papers in four panels in the one-day event. A keynote address is also planned. Papers will then be published in a symposium issue of Lewis & Clark Law Review.
