The NYU Graduate Tax Program hosts its 2nd Annual Tax Movie Night tonight, From Ralph Kramden to Homer Simpson: Tax Compliance Attitudes in Sitcoms:
Professor Lawrence Zelenak from Duke Law School will join us as a special guest speaker. During this event, we will watch excerpts from four different television sitcom episodes involving tax compliance, spanning four decades (the excerpts are from: The Honeymooners, All in the Family, Roseanne and The Simpsons). Following the viewing (about 75 minutes), Professor Zelenak will deliver a presentation on public attitudes toward tax compliance and we will have a Q&A discussion.
