Following up on yesterday’s post on the July 2021 California Bar Exam results for in-state law schools: the state bar has released comparable data for out-of-state law schools. Overall, 52.6% of all applicants passed the California bar exam. Among graduates of ABA-accredited law schools, first-time takers from in-state law schools passed at a higher rate (80.1%) than students from out-of state law schools (75.1%).
