North Carolina Faculty Posting:
The University of North Carolina School of Law invites applications for full-time faculty positions beginning Fall 2024. The school may fill up to seven tenured or tenure-track positions this year. The school intends to hire up to two faculty in any area of law and up to five positions with expertise in banking law, bankruptcy law, commercial law, corporate law, securities law, or tax law. We also welcome applications from candidates interested in teaching in our civil litigation clinic. Beginning and experienced teachers may apply to all positions. …
Applications must be made electronically at https://unc.peopleadmin.com/postings/262347. Submit a letter of application, a resume or curriculum vitae, and contact information for four references. Applicants are also welcome, but not required, to submit an optional document detailing tools you might employ to engage a broad base of constituents of our school to advance its mission. Those constituents may be internal or external and broadly reflect the diversity—in all of its forms—of the state.
Confidential inquiries are welcome. Such inquiries may be made to Bill Marshall, Faculty Appointments Committee Chair.
