Victoria Haneman is leaving Creighton to join the faculty at Georgia:
Victoria J. Haneman, Associate Dean for Research and Innovation, Frank J. Kellegher Professor of Trusts and Estates, and Professor of Law at Creighton University School of Law, will join the faculty of the University of Georgia School of Law as the Verner F. Chaffin Chair in Fiduciary Law and Professor of Law beginning in the Fall 2025 semester.
Professor Haneman’s research focuses on issues related to death services industry, death and artificial intelligence, tax law and policy, and asset protection. Some of Professor Haneman’s recent and forthcoming publications include:
