Article of the Week: Robert Kuehn (Washington University) & Peter Joy (Washington University), Measuring the Impacts of Experiential Legal Education. With the ABA proposal to increase the required credits of experiential education from six to 12 hours, the debate over the value of experiential education is reopened. Professors Kuehn and Joy have just posted an article that vividly demonstrates the great need for increased experiential education for law students.
