On the heels of our $122M USD Series D funding, we’re racing ahead with an exciting product roadmap and are looking for a Director of Tax Education to support our growth. Reporting directly to our CEO, this role will be focused on designing and delivering programs that make learning more engaging, accessible, and effective by leveraging Blue J’s AI-powered tax research platform.

This role is primarily remote, with the expectation of occasional in-person meetings at our Toronto office and some travel for conferences.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of tax education. In this role, you’ll expand the reach of Blue J’s AI-powered tax research platform across leading law schools, business schools, and professional education programs in North America and the UK. You’ll play a central role in equipping the next generation of tax professionals with the tools they’ll use throughout their careers.

As a trusted advisor to tax educators, you’ll design and deliver programs that make learning more engaging, efficient, and impactful. Beyond the classroom, you’ll build partnerships, represent Blue J at key academic forums, and influence how AI is integrated into tax teaching on a global scale.
