For law professors, this is a bittersweet time of year. Many students pass the bar exam and are off and running in their legal careers. Others, however, did not pass and must retool and try again. Not all get the attention of Kim Kardashian but many go into hiding from embarrassment. There are many sources of advice out there.
I am interested in whether there are any best practices for law schools to support alums who are re-taking the bar exam. Bar review classes, support groups, outreach and moral support, financial support, and bar tutors are among some of the possibilities.
