There obviously been movement on the online law school market. My sense is that the pandemic opened up law faculty members’ minds to possibilities for online instruction. Before the pandemic hit, many law professors had no idea what ZOOM was I I confess that I was one of them) and what its possibilities and potential were. The accreditors at the American Bar Association have been more open to online legal education. Might we be seeing a transformation of legal education that we will come to fruition in the coming years? Or will online instruction be a fad that passes with time? I tend to think that some form of online education is here to stay.
