Starting in November 2016, he oversaw six administrations and the Office of Taxpayer Advocate for the District of Columbia’s tax office. Under his direction, the agency has collected nearly $10 billion annually in real estate, individual, and business taxes.”
Law360: “He has been revenue commissioner for the city of Philadelphia and a director at the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue. In 2012-2013, Richardson served as president of the Northeastern State Tax Officials Association, representing the Northeastern region. Currently, he is first vice president on the Board of Trustees of the Federation of Tax Administrators, which represents tax officials around the nation.”
