The University of Connecticut School of Law invites applications for a visiting faculty appointment for the 2026–27 academic year in its innovative first-year Legal Practice program. The successful candidate will teach the following sequence of courses: Research and Writing (two sections of approximately 20 students each) in the fall and Advocacy (two sections of approximately 20 students each) in the first half of the spring semester and Skills Capstone (one section of approximately 40 students, supported by adjunct faculty) in the second half of the spring semester.
Qualifications
Applicants must hold a J.D. degree, have at least three years of law-practice experience, and demonstrate strong academic achievement and a commitment to excellence in teaching.
