See you next time.” Then, I had the opportunity to observe Gerry Hess of Gonzaga teach. His classes always ended with a story that brought the lesson together, a classroom assessment technique, a review of key themes, or some other purposeful, carefully designed, end-of-the-class-session activity. Yet, he never seemed rushed and never ran out of material. My whole schema for designing class sessions was changed. How did he do it?
