A number of law schools have recently hosted regional workshops in preparation for the virtual Faculty Recruitment Conference that will be on held September 16-18, 2026 (during which participating schools will hold interviews with candidates). The Pathways to Law Teaching Regional Workshops, were hosted this year in six different regional markets or areas, including: (1) the San Francisco; (2) Houston; (3) New York; (4) Los Angeles/Orange County; (5) Philadelphia; and (6) Cleveland. Many schools were involved, but the primary host schools included University of California College of Law, San Fransciso, Univ. of Houston Law Center, New York Law School, UC Irvine School of Law, Rutgers Law School, and Case Western Reserve Univ. School of Law. Workshops occurred from August 5 through August 14.
