Senate Holds Hearing Today on Canada, Iceland & Bulgaria Tax Treaties

The Senate Foreign Relations Committee holds a hearing today to consider proposed tax treaties with Bulgaria (Treaty Doc. 110-18), Canada (Treaty Doc. 110-15), and Iceland (Treaty Doc. 110-17).  In connection with the hearing, the Joint Committee on Taxation has released explanation of the proposed tax treaties with Bulgaria (JCX-59-08), Canada (JCX-57-08), and Iceland (JCX-58-08).  The hearing takes place at 2:30 p.m. in 419 Dirksen Senate Office Building.
