Katie Pratt (Loyola Law School), Erin Henry (Arkansas), and Caroline Bruckner (American University) co-organized two seminars on the taxation of NIL Income co-sponsored with the American Tax Policy Institute and the ABA Tax Section:

The webinars were organized as a public service to help educate student-athletes, their families, Athletic Directors, coaches, NIL advisors, and tax professionals in law and accounting about NIL taxation issues.
