Roberta F. Mann (Widener) has been elected to membership in the American College of Tax Counsel, which "seeks methods for improving the operation of our tax system particularly with respect to voluntary compliance, professionalism and ethics in the practice of tax law, which are essential to the success of our system." She joins approximately 700 other tax lawyers who are currently fellows of the college, which seeks ways to improve the operation of the U.S. tax system. The college is a nonprofit professional association of tax lawyers in private practice, in law school teaching positions, and in government. They are recognized for excellence in tax practice and for substantial contributions and commitment to the profession.
