Director, Exempt Organizations Rulings and Agreements: The Director, Exempt Organizations Rulings and Agreements provides executive leadership and direction in all matters relating to the Rulings and Agreements programs of the Exempt Organizations function. The Director oversees a program designed to achieve the Tax Exempt and Government Entities Division’s strategic vision and mission by helping customers both to understand and to meet the criteria for recognition of tax exempt status and their resultant tax responsibilities.
