They left out Section 4:
And the Congress shall reform the tax law so that it is possible to create income tax reporting forms that fit on 8.5 by 11 inch paper.
And section 5:
And they shall do this for everyone.
1040S?
Thanks to the TaxProf Blog for pointing this out. The House has just passed a resolution that would direct the IRS to created a simplified form for Seniors. The variation of the 1040EZ will have entries for social security and
