Today is the deadline for responding to a Request for Workshop Proposals to be presented at the Lavender Law Conference sponsored by the National Lesbian and Gay Law Association on October 27-29, 2005 in San Diego. Among the proposals sought are:
- How is AB205 changing the prosecution of these formerly Marvin cases, tax issues, etc. What are we seeing in the courts in 2005.
- The myth and truths of gay wealth; building assets together; credit problems; bankruptcy; tax issues; HIV issues.
