The goverment says they want to help small business but put regulations on us to put us out of business. Why go after all tax preparers just because they are not lawyers or cpa’s? Is it because the ones making the laws just happen to be lawyers? There are many lawyers and cpa’s that do not know enought to being taxes. Do they have to be tested? No! Why not? Just because the IRS doen’t do anything about the complaints they have received on some tax preparers why should we all do we all have to be punished? I opened my business because of medical reasons. I guess they rather I set back and draw money off the goverment so there won’t be any social security for the ones that has worked for years and paid it in. I noticed on a survey the only tax prepares they took returns to was the ones in the big chains. Most of those people have a quick six week course before being put to work. Why judge us all on those surveys! They want to regulate and tax us to death then call this a democracy. Before we try to tell other countries about freedom maybe we should take a long look at where our own country is headed.
