The University of Cincinnati College of Law is seeking to hire a tax professor. Both entry-level and lateral candidates are encouraged to apply, as well as those who would like to visit for a semester or a year before deciding whether to permanently join us. We believe this is a particularly attractive opportunity for a number of reasons, including our:
- Ambitious plans for the future as outlined in our strategic plan and guided by our new dean
- Productive, energetic, diverse, and collegial faculty of scholars-teachers
- Talented and diverse student body (entering class with 161 LSAT and 3.63 GPA medians)
- Three-course teaching package and generous salaries, benefits, and research support
- Robust intellectual environment, including speaker and workshop series, symposia, and vibrant centers and institutes
- Location in a major midwestern city that combines the advantages of a big city (major league sports teams, world class arts and restaurants) that is also liveable, affordable, and family-friendly
For more information, or to apply, please contact me or Chris Bryant, chair of our appointments committee.
