Former Jenkens & Gilchrist tax partner Paul M. Daugerdas [right, featured in The American Lawyer December 2003 cover story, Helter Shelter] and three others (Donna M. Guerin, Denis M. Field, and David Parse) were convicted yesterday in a criminal tax shelter case. They remain free pending sentencing on October 14.
